"Efficient Fraud Prevention with Comprehensive Risk Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Mastercard Identity Review 360?

I like how Mastercard Identity Review 360 brings all identity insights into a single, easy-to-understand view. Instead of switching between multiple tools, I can see email, phone, IP, device, and address risk signals all in one dashboard. The clear risk scores and visual indicators make decisions faster and more confident, especially during manual reviews. I also appreciate how it reduces false positives, which improves approval rates and customer experience. I enjoy that it doesn’t simply flag risk but shows the contributing factors behind each score, making it easier to justify decisions and stay consistent across reviews. The platform significantly reduces the time spent on manual reviews, handles higher volumes without sacrificing accuracy, and offers visual context for anomalies that aids in spotting mismatches quickly. The tool supports confident, efficient decision-making with valuable, actionable insights, helping prevent fraud without adding friction or slowing down the review process. What do you dislike about Mastercard Identity Review 360?

In certain regions, the identity data feels less complete, which can result in unknown signals. The dashboard performance is sometimes slow when dealing with large volumes. I wish there were more customization options for risk thresholds and signal highlights. There's a bit of a learning curve for new users, and more in-app explanations or guided workflows would help. "All-in-One Dashboard and Distance Map Streamline Identity Checks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mastercard Identity Review 360?

The "Distance Calculation Map" and the consolidated dashboard are standout features for me. What I find most helpful is having all five core attributes—Name, Email, Phone, Address, and IP—displayed together in a single, organized view. Previously, I had to juggle three separate tools just to check an IP address, validate a phone number, and look up an email. With Identity Review 360, everything is accessible from one dashboard, which streamlines my workflow significantly.

The Distance Map is another tool I rely on. It provides an immediate visual representation of the distance between the IP location, shipping address, and billing address. For example, if a transaction is set to ship to New York but the device is connecting from a remote location thousands of miles away, I can quickly spot the discrepancy and cancel the order within seconds. What do you dislike about Mastercard Identity Review 360?

There are noticeable data gaps outside of North America, as well as occasional 'false' risk signals. While the US and Canadian data is excellent, the quality declines significantly for transactions in APAC and certain parts of Europe. In those regions, we frequently receive 'unknown' results for valid addresses, which means we have to spend extra time manually verifying information. Additionally, the tool sometimes generates false positives for customers who have recently moved or changed their phone numbers. The 'mismatch' icons can be overly sensitive, making legitimate customers appear suspicious unless you carefully review the details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish"
5/5
What do you like best about Mastercard Identity Review 360?

The product offers a feature called distance map, which allows us to see the physical distance between the IP address and the shipping address, as well as the location where the phone numbers are registered. Its integration process is straightforward and user-friendly. Another useful aspect is the confidence score check, which works similarly to a credit score. The metadata visibility is impressively accurate, providing information such as when an email was last seen online. This helps us protect our clients and users by detecting fraud from various websites and shielding them from fraudsters who use multiple fake identities. Implementation is simple and efficient, and the customer service is excellent, with highly qualified staff always ready to assist. We use this product more than six or seven times a day and are extremely satisfied with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mastercard Identity Review 360?

It has a huge amount of data lags as it shows valid result on a phone number and gets disconnected again and again and its performance is way too low and its bulky interface distracts users to find what they are actually finding and its false positives on movers are also a high risk tool that any new address doesn't match their old credit card billing address in various networks. "Effortless Identity Reviews with Clear Insights, Minor Speed and Data Gaps"
4/5
What do you like best about Mastercard Identity Review 360?

What I like most about Mastercard Identity Review 360 is how effortless it feels to use once you get started. It brings all the important information about a person together in one place and helps you quickly understand whether something looks trustworthy or not. I really appreciate that it doesn’t just give a score but actually shows the reasons behind it, so you can see what’s driving the risk and make better calls.

The layout is clean and easy to follow, and everything loads quickly, which makes a big difference during busy review periods. It fits naturally into our workflow and has made our review process much faster and more accurate. It gives you the kind of clarity and confidence you need when making tough decisions about identity and fraud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mastercard Identity Review 360?

There isn’t much I strongly dislike about the platform, but there are a few things that could be smoother. Sometimes the system takes a little longer to load results when I’m reviewing multiple identities back-to-back, which can slow things down. Every now and then, a search comes back with limited data, especially for users outside major regions, so I end up double-checking through other tools.

I’d also like to see more context around some of the risk signals. The score is helpful, but understanding exactly how much weight each factor carries would make it easier to explain review decisions to others on the team. These aren’t major issues, but small improvements like that would make the experience even stronger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Reliable Tool for Smarter Identity Verification and Fraud Detection"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mastercard Identity Review 360?

It finally gives my team a single, clear view of a customer's digital identity. Before, it was a bit of a mess—we were constantly jumping between different tools to check phones, emails, addresses... it took forever and sometimes the details just didn't line up. Now, with this, everything we need is right there on one screen: device info, network signals, risk flags. The whole picture. Getting it set up was surprisingly painless. Our tech folks said the API hooked into our own systems without a big fuss, and it just sort of slid right into our existing workflow. It plays nice with our other tools too, like the CRM, which really helped us cut down on a lot of those tedious manual checks. And the features? Things like seeing how far an IP is from a billing address, or getting those positive and negative signal breakdowns. Our team's on it all day, every day—it’s basically the heart of our fraud review now.Oh, and their support team has been great. We had a couple questions about the data and some performance bits, and they were really on the ball. They even walked us through how those confidence scores work, which helped us get way better at using them. All in all, it’s just a reliable tool for a company like us that deals with tons of digital transactions. It saves us a ton of legwork, cuts down on mistakes. What do you dislike about Mastercard Identity Review 360?

We don't have many real complaints about Mastercard Identity Review 360. It's a great tool, but there's always a few things you wish were just better like, sometimes the dashboard can be a bit slow. If we're all on it at once or pulling a huge batch of checks, you can just feel it lagging. It's not a deal-breaker, but it does slow us down when we're super busy. And the interface, while mostly fine, can feel a little clunky when you're trying to filter things or export a specific batch of data. It's not as smooth as it could be for digging into multiple profiles. We've also bumped up against the API rate limits a few times. Our big nightly sync jobs will sometimes get throttled, which ends up pushing back our reports. And while their support team is generally quick to answer, getting to the really deep technical stuff—like detailed logs for debugging—can take a couple of tries and some back-and-forth.

All in all, it's a solid system. But if they could just smooth out the performance, make the UI a bit more flexible, and give us a clearer peek under the hood, it would make our day-to-day work a whole lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
