Repackaging the existing content that one might have to suit the microlearning format. The analytics that Master-O provides are unmatched and exactly what the business needs - to draw the relation between learning effectiveness and business performance. What's more, is that Master-O also has a Content Authoring Tool [CAT] which is intuitive to use. Once trained on the tool an employee can render learning modules in 30 mins to 1 day. Among the other aspects, Master-O has a Program Management System [PMS] which can be used as a learning journey tracker, can host feedback of the trainers and participants on the journey and do much more.
