I find Master-O's smooth features and user-friendly design really beneficial. It detects issues and fixes them on time, which is helpful for ID configuration and OTP issues. Gamification can be improved. While we are watching any presentation,it it not flexible in approach. Once we done any training/assessment and when we take second attempt next time then it shows the details of first time attempt only. Certification dates shows the first time attempt date.
