It detects issues and fixes them on time, which is helpful for ID configuration and OTP issues. This makes it easy for users to complete inductions on time. The initial setup of Master-O is also very smooth. **What do you dislike about Master-O?** It should have more automation and be more user-friendly. Also, the integration with third-party tools and AD authentication could be improved. **What problems is Master-O solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Master-O for Sale User Induction, and it detects and fixes ID configuration and OTP issues on time. It's user-friendly with smooth features, making it easy to give inductions promptly. ### 2. While we are watching any presentation,it it not flexible in approach. Once we done any training/assessment and when we take second attempt next time then it shows the details of first time attempt only. And lastly the support from the Master O team is outstanding. **What do you dislike about Master-O?** There can be some improvisation the Quiz section where the character limits can increase for the content person to make the questions.
