Mash is a PRM — a Personal Relationship Manager. An AI coworker for the network behind your deals, your career, your people. Mash is built for relationship sellers: the advisors, brokers, founders and dealmakers whose results come from a book of relationships rather than a list of leads. The current focus is wealth managers, commercial real estate brokers and B2B revenue teams. The problem Mash addresses is inaction rather than information. Relationship sellers lose opportunities they already had — the introduction that was offered and never followed up, the client who sent three referrals and stopped because the thank-you never came, the warm relationship that went cold because nothing about it was ever urgent, and the openings across a network that were never visible in the first place. Mash works from three inputs. A user tells it what they learn, in plain speech, as it happens. It pulls the details already sitting in their email, calls and notes. And it monitors outside signals such as promotions, job changes and news mentions. The record builds itself, without manual logging. That record is then put to work. Mash returns a verified brief before every meeting, a reminder on the drive over of what was promised last time, introductions and event invitations matched at scale, and a prompt the moment someone is owed a thank-you, a gift or a call. Mash is a PRM rather than a CRM: a personal CRM, not the company's. It is not a system of record and it does not exist for pipeline reporting. A user's book, notes and relationships stay private to them and work for them alone. Mash is headquartered in Toronto and was founded by Jared Nusinoff, Jake Stolee and Mike Dedys. The team has previously shipped AI products at Google, Amazon, Ada and Zowie.
