Martian Alpha is a research terminal for space stocks and the space economy, built by Nethan Nerella and launched in 2026. It tracks 70+ listed space companies (launch providers, satellite operators, Earth observation, space infrastructure and defense-space) and ties each one to the events that move it: a launch calendar that links launch providers and payload customers to their tickers, a catalyst feed of earnings, contract awards, regulatory filings and insider trades, and a CANSLIM screener with sector filters. It also covers private space companies using SEC Form D filings, a launch reliability scorecard, a satellite constellation tracker (CelesTrak counts for Starlink and others) and a collision and debris monitor. Every quarter it publishes the State of Space Equities report, built from a daily record of launch date changes, constellation counts, close approaches, space weather and stock reactions to launches, with a "how to cite" line. The blog explains the primary sources (SEC filings, NASA, the Space Force budget, FCC reports) behind the numbers. The core terminal is free. Paid plans (Space Enthusiast $5, Professional $25, Entrepreneur $50, Business $100 a month) add higher AI limits, larger watchlists, alerts, exports and API access.
