There are many things I love about Martialytics. A couple of my favorites are the QR code feature for new students to sign up, we have been able to become paperless as a dojo because the waivers have also been integrated! This saves us time and money! I also love the booking widget feature, I am able to add my class calendar to my website. The way I utilize this is by making our community events publishable by widget only and my student classes are portal only. I also love the simplicity of the software, you do not need to go to 20 different menus to find what you are looking for. Customer service is always spot on too! The only aspect I would like to see improved is the ability to view upcoming future subscription payments within the system. However, I am pleased to share that the Martialytics team has informed me that they are actively working on this feature for future upgrades. I would also like to see improved communication options for Leads directly from the system and when emailing students from the system to be able to have more information on that history such as being able to see who the messages where sent to when doing a group Send.

For me, Martialytics is a great pick because of its martial arts oriented style. It has a bunch of functionalities, such as tracking gradings, enabling self-check-ins, class attendance monitoring, and automatic billing, which all contribute to the improvement of the learning experience for our pupils and smooth-run business operations. The lack of control in pausing and resuming payments through automated billing is a major inconvenience for me in Martialytics. On top of that, the software's inability to display prior emails to members and issues syncing with Stripe, along with limited flexibility in grading criteria, all draw my concern.
