The Martello Vantage DX platform offers a comprehensive and proactive approach to managing clients' Microsoft 365 environments. Its seamless integration with your PSA system enhances the customer experience and support services. Easy to implement and highly valuable, Vantage DX is frequently utilized by your service desks to meet client needs. Moreover, the Martello team is highly regarded as a great partner to work with, from top to bottom.

Vantage DX provides proactive issue detection along with enhanced monitoring and visibility within the Microsoft 365 environment. This enables LDI Connect to build stronger partnerships with our clients by delivering proactive, faster resolutions and maintaining more consistent communication.

The insights on call quality are great, it has been a great addition to our Teams Voice offering.

The segmentation between the normal platform and the gizmo config being seperate, wish they were combined for easier deployment and management

It is helping us triagulate network issues and poor calls of VIP users for our customers so we can remediate them.

Easily solve problem that lowering call quality on Microsoft Teams Phone Calling Plans. Call center is ciritical for us to connect and provide support for customer and clients. Quick implementation process that connect features between Martello and Office 365.

**What do you dislike about Martello Vantage DX?**

I have not experince anything to dislike about this platform. It maybe confusing on the first initial contact after onboarding, but that is the only one experience that I had.

**What problems is Martello Vantage DX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scalability ability to integrate and analyzed our phone call program has improve our call center effectiveness in responding to call support. Easy to navigating betweem tools to find problem and issues with the operation.

I have use Martello Vantage DX frequently to monitor and analyze network connection health for our Office 365 application. Unified all call and communication medium controller on one platform. Microsoft Team Phone PSTN call quality measurement controller is easy to view the data insigth.

I have no dislike or hate with this platform. It does yielded the best result so far from other platform solutions that I have use.

Help to make Team meeting call quality on the top performance with the lowest network interruptions. End-to-end data visibility that help to analyze and measure call performance.

Solve issues of hybrid deployment and configuration of Microsoft Exchange. Monitors email service and securing any cybersecurity risk that might happen to the server. Easy tools provided to integrate between HealthSet and Backpressure events.

**What do you dislike about Martello Vantage DX?**

Nothing that we dislike with this platform. Setup process is easy as the support team is very helpful in supporting us for the configuration works.

**What problems is Martello Vantage DX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitor email status, from email delivery rate to email que. Real-time notification on server health statues. Handle all email certification and authentication process for ADFS.

The best about Martello Vantage DX are mainly because of the easiness of integration with Microsoft Team to produce better call quality. Keeping a close monitoring is easy and has us to quickly assesing problem and fault with the equiepment. Various features is available to support streamline implementation.

I have no issues or dislike while operating Martello Vantage DX. For now, it is one of our critical software for business operations.

To troubleshoot proces and monitoring network for our communication and calls quality. AudioCodes SBC give us an advantages on reporting and analytics of our communication reports.

No other product gives more detailed information about all O365 processes. Support in case of problems and during implementation is very good
