" 1/5 What do you like best about Marsello? I can see it is good for customers, but more often than we like we have people complaining or just unaware of how the app works or how to redeem their free coffee/food so needing a staff member time to do it for them. Found people getting very frustrated and relying on using goody if the app was down it caused mayhem. also we found customers coming in that we had never seen before redeeming a free coffee..... think it's a bit of a scam for retailers using it hench why we have gone back to the good ol fashioned stamp cards. we feel more in control.
