E-Commerce is the wild west, and having Marqvision's services really helps us maintain our brand's presence online. With more and more marketplaces available to customers (Amazon, Walmart, Tiktok Shop, Temu, etc) - the landscape of potential risks continues to increase. I really like Marqvision's simple approach - their system identifies infringements of your name, images, or other branded content, and then it gives you the ability to enforce or dismiss anything you'd like. We've taken advantage of manual review, as well as automated removals of known bad actors. Integration was simple, they automatically pulled approved content from our own website as well as our Amazon listings. Everything is available on a very simple dashboard, so when it comes time to use the platform, it's quick and easy for the user. And finally, the customer service team is top notch. We work with Angela, who has been excellent for our entire time together. Their team truly understands how e-commerce business work, and how customers think. It's refreshing to be able to talk to an account rep that has put in the effort to understanding how your business operates. I was even able to introduce a brand new type of reporting to our rep, who eventually passed it to her team, and then they launched it as a brand new feature! Marqvision's primary challenge is detection and enforcement, and because the marketplaces and landscapes change so frequently, they sometimes have trouble catching infringements on new marketplaces. For example, when TikTok Shop first launched, Marqvision was unable to detect listings until a month or so later, when they had figured out their search algorithm. My team feels as invested in my product as I am. They reached out to me at a time when counterfeits of my product were rampant and worked diligently to get the marketplace back under my control. The price point is a sacrifice for my small business, but MarqVision has worked with me to ensure that they have a level of support that will fit my budget. We hired Marqvision after using several competitors products. Marqvision has lived up to and delivered on everything they promised their product would be. - Integration was seamless and quick - product itself is very easy to learn and easy to use. - Marqvision's Detection and (successful) take-downs are by far the industry best! We've been incredibly happy with MarqVision. Their team has been instrumental in taking down infringing listings that were costing us significant revenue. The monthly costs have more than paid for themselves with the amount of money we've saved from knockoffs and ripoffs being removed. They’re easy to communicate with, always responsive, and clearly knowledgeable in the IP space. Best of all, they actually do what they say they’re going to do—something that's surprisingly rare.
