**What do you like best about Marlo?**

It just works. From day one, Marlo felt like it was built by people who actually understand the shipping industry. The interface is clean, the workflows make sense, and we love how everything—from voyage P&L to invoice approvals to payments—is connected. The platform saves us from constantly jumping between Excel sheets, email threads, and outdated systems. It’s made our day-to-day so much smoother. And the fact that we can track vessel performance and finances in real-time? That’s a game-changer.

**What do you dislike about Marlo?**

Nothing major, but since the product is evolving fast, sometimes new features take a little time to become fully polished. A few small things have required clarification—but whenever we’ve reached out, the support team has been quick, friendly, and helpful. Honestly, it’s rare to find a product team that’s this responsive.

**What problems is Marlo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marlo has brought much-needed clarity and control to our chartering and voyage operations. Before Marlo, we were juggling spreadsheets, emails, and multiple disconnected tools—it was messy, time-consuming, and error-prone. Now everything from vessel schedules to freight invoices is centralized and easy to track.

One of the biggest benefits for us is the visibility it gives to both our ops team and finance—P&L is real-time, approvals are streamlined, and we’re catching issues before they become costly. It’s also helping our leadership make faster decisions with confidence. Marlo isn’t just another software—it feels like a platform built by people who really understand the maritime world.
