**What do you like best about MarkSystems?**

Option/Model Catalog are very beneficial & ability to communicate information through the process is nice.

**What do you dislike about MarkSystems?**

MarkSystems implementation team/process is a complete joke. Not worth spending the additional money on a "Professional" implementation.  Very little guidance through the process in regards to best practices while setting up the system.

**Recommendations to others considering MarkSystems:**

Be prepared to have little guidance through the implementation process. Once the system is up and running it is overall a pretty good system, but it is very difficult to get it off the ground!

**What problems is MarkSystems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting Accounting and Estimating to the field has been beneficial in regards to payments & issuing PO's.
