It hasnt quite met all my material requirements yet. The less user friendly nature of their tool, coupled with its interface and powerless design capabilities does not ensure operations. **What do you dislike about Markforged?** Whenever I need assistance, their customer support team does not promptly provide help. The tools provided by cater to every function I require and while the customization options sometimes are intricate, to configure. **What problems is Markforged solving and how is that benefiting you?** The lack of brand awareness surrounding their products. This makes it difficult for others to trust and invest in them. There is information about Markforgeds customer support services and, after sales assistance.
