The ease of use to start creating personalized content for our different customer segments. We were set up and creating content in 15 minutes or less, I think. Could add more integrations with our current stack but I like that they keep a public roadmap for their customers so I know when the features I need come online. When you have large target audiences, Markettailor allows you to create something much more relevant to the user, not shove them into a 'one size fits all' journey.
