The crosstab set up takes some time, but it depends on who your survey was built. Sometimes is hard to create variables Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering MarketSight:

This is my preferred data management tool. It is a great way to keep all your survey datasets in on place. Easy to use and easy to set up. Pricing is great. The ability to build crosstabs with whatever set up you want is a must have. I love the new dashboard feature, is easy to set up and use too. I have only good things to say about them, never had a problem. The most complicated thing to do is to understand the weights you want to use, and creating custom variables. What problems is MarketSight solving and how is that benefiting you?

Data management is great, uploading multiple waves to a tracker was magnificent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
