**What do you like best about Marketrix?**

After we started using Marketrix, we have seen increased engagement and strong connection with our prospects and clients, with our personalizing the pithes.

 I like how easy this tool makes it to connect with website traffic in real time with videoit was a game changer for us in driving more conversions. Live customer engagement has never been this easy. 

Our demos have become more engaging with its dual-cursor control and co-browsing with live-video.

And it is very user friendly, intuitive and easy to use. It has multiple features that help sales team speed up the sales cycle.

**What do you dislike about Marketrix?**

I felt the price is a bit expensive incase of small teams, but again its totally worth investing in.

**What problems is Marketrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us increase the conversion rate of our website traffic and speeding the sales cycle.

The best part is it's live enquiry management dashboard, that has helped us in ensuring no enquiry is left unanswered.

Also with it's  live co-browsing feature and dual cursor control, it has made it very engaging for the prospect to get a feel of our tool.

Best in use and easy to work on, great in implementation, strong customer support,frequency of use is good, with lot of features, integration is best in class

Nothing much, it all good while using this marketrix
