Product information (PIM): manage every attribute, description and translation in one catalog with flexible information models, dictionaries, catalog hierarchies and full version history for each product card. Digital assets (DAM): store photos, videos, PDFs and 3D files next to the SKUs they belong to, process them in bulk and export them in the size and format each channel requires. Channel syndication: publish ready-to-go listings to Amazon, Google Merchant Center, Shopify and 40+ other channels with attribute mapping and templates, plus XLS, CSV, XML, YML and JSON feeds. Bulk operations: import and export catalogs in Excel, CSV, XML, YML and JSON, edit thousands of products at once and link images to SKUs automatically, so your content team spends less time on copy-paste work. Content Readiness: see which SKUs are missing photos, descriptions or translations for each channel before they go live. MP STUDIO: an AI photo studio that generates product photos and infographics straight from catalog data, so new SKUs get visuals without a photo shoot. Brand Portal: a white-label catalog where distributors and partners always download current assets, with download tracking. Integrations and AI: connect MARKETPROVIDER to your ERP, CRM, CMS and marketplace systems through a REST Public API and webhooks. The MCP connector lets AI assistants work with your product catalog directly. Security and control: role-based access at company, catalog, role and category level, action logs for audits and change history by user, product and date. Onboarding: every customer gets support by email, chat and help desk. Our Smart Onboarding service sets up your catalog structure, attributes and first channels together with your team.
