MarketPay is user friendly, offers the ability to pull standardized reports as well as custom reports/views, follow trends, model salary ranges, review different survey cuts, copy matches and it is easy to search for market matches with the ability to search for key words in the job description. Along with the technical benefits of MarketPay, we also have had the most amazing senior customer success manager, Troy Hutt for multiple years. He is super responsive and even when we have a question that isn't his expertise, he takes the extra step to guide us to the right person or gets an answer for us. He also proactively sends us updates on enhancements and new offerings of MarketPay. There are also many free webinars on multiple topics including orientation of the tool.
