Market man has a great dashboard that gives you information about key data, such as which supplier you spend most, food costs in categories and much more. We are able to track our food stocks in a better manner and with the forecast we were able to reduce food waste. You can also insert the recipies to see with which you make the most profit. Recommendations to others considering MarketMan: Before we introduced Marketman to our business, we used the trial version to get an idea of the programme. Filing of our products, entry of orders and sales. By entering recipes and estimated consumption, we can better plan orders and minimise waste of perishable goods in particular.
