His process in working with us began with an in-person workshop with the CEO, VP of Sales and the business development team. Michael provided case studies—even pulling from his own work experience at SAP—to demonstrate the possibilities available to us with a solid content marketing strategy and plan. I could see eyes literally light up during Michael's presentation. He was able to effectively educate and inspire the entire team in less than a few hours. A week or so following the workshop, Michael provided the content marketing road map for the year.
