What do you like best?

Very responsive, great attention to detail, easy to work with, excellent Marketo knowledge, caught other vendors errors before project was released to the public which was big, very reasonably priced and no retainer required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We had a couple of transitions around account management, but they handled the transitions extremely well including all training and got the new contacts up to speed quickly with all the projects. One transition was definitely on us, our workload expanded overnight and we were reassigned to someone that had capacity and the expertise we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

Workload fluctuates depending on business needs and our internal team is limited in size and skill set. It's been great to have a team I can turn to, in order to get projects completed on time and correctly with little direction so I can focus on the projects that can't be outsourced. We have worked with Marketing Automation Canada for multiple projects like integrating our payment gateway with Nintex; audit of our Lightning platform; transfer of monthly donations from one processing account IATS to another with closing, re-opening and integrating respective donations in Salesforce. They are our solution finders and sole support system to most Salesforce related problems. Before working with them, there were lots of technical difficulties that caused frustration and problems, but now we are confident in managing the database and there are no more plans on switching to another database. We are a non-profit that works for environmental issues. MAC understood how we work and provided support in smoothening our integration with our payment gateway IATS.

We faced many issues where the data was not flowing between the systems and in general it was a mess. They patiently sorted through the systems and were great at answering our questions.

What I like most is systemic approach, availability to help almost immediately, their interest in teaching us and making sure we succeed in managing the system ourselves while at the same time helping us keep the cost at a reasonably low level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I reached out to Marketing Automation Canada (MAC) to solve a number of issues that we were not qualified to fix internally. The response from Jordan was prompt and we discussed the scope and costs of work, how they approach their work, and what turnaround and service levels we should expect.

After being assigned our consultant (qualified Marketing Cloud Consultant) , we quickly moved ahead with the work - we hoped for a quick and responsive service, and that's what we got!

Our major issues were:

* Preference Centre not working correctly

* Needing custom development

* Required some ad-hoc advice/consulting

* Fixing count errors that was causing billing issues as our contact count was artificially inflated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What I enjoy most about working with the team at MAC is that they understand our business and feel like a part of the team. They discuss the scenario, best practices and various alternatives, all the while educating us on the platform.

MAC employ experts who are adept at automation on various platforms (we have worked with them on Pardot and Marketing Cloud) and aside from project work, our contact is always available withing 4 business hours (often less) for a quick online call if we have questions or need their advice. They don't price-gouge - their rates are fair and reasonable and I've only received excellent service from the 4+ staff I have spoken with or met. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoyed working with Marketing automation Canada as they have a collaborative approach and discuss the options and processes available to the issue, allowing us to a) understand the system better and b) make a qualified decision based on our company.

Most of our problems stem from the consulting /handover when we moved to Salesforce/Marketing Cloud/Pardot - a rushed handover that left us confused about what was built and why, and some pieces missing.

Now we are up and running, MAC are acting as an extension of the team - we've learned a lot working with them, and are now more comfortable but sometimes need an expert opinion or a reassurance that we are doing the right thing!

I am managing the expansion of our use of the Marketo platform by following the advice of a different consulting agency which had extensive knowledge of the use of the platform, but I don't have a whole lot of technical knowledge about the program. Having Marketing Automation Canada available for questions or to work on aspects of our plan that are too complex for me to understand quickly has been invaluable. My project is ahead of schedule and NOT over budget.

They have been instrumental in building marketing automation campaigns by providing help with integrating our CRM and automating nurture cadences, but we have also consulted them for help with landing pages, RFI forms within Marketo, reporting, and more. I have now worked with MAC on two different projects for two different companies. In my most recent case, we were in need of a complete Marketo rebuild because our SFDC was also being rebuilt. My team was short on time and resources and needed to meet a deadline that was out of our control. The rebuild consisted of everything from asset migration, data management compliance, lead scoring (standard and custom) and a ton more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Not only is MAC responsive, but best in class with their advice and best practices for set up. However, they 100% work with clients to meet individual company needs and workflow. They listened to our needs, drafted a very detailed project management timeline and communicated with many moving parts/departments internally. And we had fun while we completed the project.

Hiring Marketing Automation Canada was the best thing we could have done. The provider expected a lot of self learning and self-implementation. Oour customer success manager was frequently out of office and there were challenges with integrating to Dynamics and the provider's "Dynamics Expert" seemed disinterested in assisting with troubleshooting. This wasn't our first go round with an Marketing Automation System, so it should not have been this difficult to execute this platform. As soon as we reached out to Marketing Automation CA out of frustration, they already dove in and analyzed much of our issues before we even signed an agreement with them. Within 3 weeks of contacting them, we had already learned more about our new platform than we did in 3 months with our "official" team. In my opinion the additional money we spent to hire a consultant was well spent and my experience was so good that I would rather reach out to Marketing Automation CA for any additional help and pay for it - rather than go through the "here's a vaguely worded and most likely outdated article that you probably already read before calling - go figure it out yourself" response from the platform's help desk. We learned more about using the platform in 3 weeks than we did in 3 months with the "official " onboarding team. Marketing Automation CA helped us with integration to MS Dynamics, build custom reports, and answered all our questions in an easy to understand language. Money well spent and we made the deadline to be up and running prior to the date when the contract on our old platform expired, so we never missed a beat. Our experience was so much better with Marketing Automation CA that I still reach out to them over the platforms tech support team whenever I need help or have questions. What do you like best?

They are essentially a one-stop-shop, adding design and copywriting to their services which is very useful, especially with tight deadlines. Don't really have anything bad to say -- the MAC team was quick with turnarounds and were able to roll with any changes I might have provided for the project either midstream or even right at the end. They are always super friendly and available when we need help the most. Marketo customer support is non-existent so it's nice to have help anytime we need with a fast turnaround.
