We like using ApartmentIQ because everything is done for us! We don't participate in market surveys any more, so it's a nice way for us to keep up with what's going on in our area since we don't do our weekly call arounds on Mondays. ApartmentIQ automates the market survey process by doing the work to collect data about occupancy, leases, rental amounts, and specials. Sometimes the data is out of date or not 100% accurate as calculations can be a little off.
