I like that the data is automatically scrubbed from the internet so there's not a scramble on Monday mornings to collect all the data before reports are due Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Market Surveys? There's not an opportunity to correct data if the scrub is not accurate. Some comps provide market survey emails, and it would be nice to have the ability to update the information in ApartmentIQ so trends and reporting are more accurate. The reports are not as comprehensive as Radix. Our client requires an expansive market summary at the end of each quarter and that used to be simple with a Market Summary report download. Ease of access to comp data, loading in comps etc. UI is very clean and easy to navigate to reports. Metrics laid out and actually makes sense. Easy to use interface and good for tracking different projects in different submarkets. The costumer support was also really helpful. Very easy to implement and use.
