Sometimes when I only want to view studio rent comparisons in the area, it will not load properly and still shows other units. Also, the team can take a while to get back to me for customer help. What do you dislike about Market Surveys? I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback on Apartment IQ. I should have the ability to log into my property and manually update occupancy percentages, tours, and leasing data if I choose to. Having this level of control would be beneficial. I’ve mentioned this before, but on the survey, the "Tours and Leases" section is confusing due to wording. Right now, it says "Applications and Leases," but in our industry, applications and leases are essentially the same thing.
