Apartment IQ is very helpful for assessing rents for the properties I work on. ApartmentIQ allows me to quickly identify the competitor properties for my subject property by looking at various factors including location, vintage, unit mix, and property style. The customer success team isn't the most helpful when we point out locations that aren't updating correctly, or if we need to add a building. A potential drawback of ApartmentIQ\*\* is that the occupancy and leased percentages might not always be fully accurate, especially for new lease-ups. It seems like the system calculates these percentages based on availability rather than actual leased units out of total number of units, which can sometimes create a misleading picture of performance.
