It's a flexible and usable platform, while not as configurable as SharePoint, it is probably more suitable for organisations who don't have the (considerable) resources required to really make the most out of SP. It works well out of the box, and the support offered is very good. The Deepsights AI module works very well - and does not appear to hallucinate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is not a full function knowledge management system, so there are some features which are absent or that you will rely on the MLS team themselves to administer for you. But, depending on your circumstances, this might be advantageous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
