The lead and service setup from the beginning was poor and low effort. I was being sent leads for homes that were over an hour away and in some cases, not even in my state. I made the salesperson aware of it and then even the account manager, and they explained how it worked, but I found the explination unacceptable. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there was no manager that would talk to clients. I asked for leads to be turned off because they were also advertising sold listings, and they refused. It has been a terrible experience. Market Leader is my "go to" Buyer Lead for the Delaware Beaches. I obtain maximum info and am able to set up accounts and leads. Yong Son was my Market Leader Rep that helped reset my account to better maximize my ability to obtain buyer leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When they are trying to sell you their leads at extortionate pricing they are friendly. Once you have an issue with their leads, supervisors are impossible to get ahold of. Try to call any of their 800 numbers before signing up with them or their physical headquarters location (which they do not have a contact number for) You will never be able to reach support when you have an issue. They turn unprofessional and unresponsive in a heartbeat. They are your best friend when signing up. After you have the program, good luck! The lack of quality leads, The exrortinante pricing, poor customer service, and unprofessional staff are my major issues with this scam company. They will be your best friend until you have an issue, then they will ghost you. Any company that doesn't allow you to try their program first, prior to signing a 6 month program should be a huge red flag. After two weeks of trying to get a hold of a supervisor, someone finally called me back. I let them know I would be leaving an honest poor review. He laughed and said we already have thousands of bad reviews and that is not stopping us, we will be around tomorrow. Wow. Stay away ar all costs and save yourself the hastle, money, and time. Lead subscription services are from consumers who proactively create an account and register on an agent's website from Market Leader's search engine marketing on Google and Bing. Market Leader uses thousands of real estate specific terms and geography specific locations to attract consumers to customer's website. When a consumer clicks on the advertisement, they are driven to a results page on the agent's real estate website. After viewing a second property, the consumer has the option to register and create an account to receive daily/weekly/monthly listing alerts. A consumer who creates an account is a lead, funneled into agent’s contact management system and is available for the agent to engage using the Market Leader contact management system tools.
Market Leader guarantees working contact information (working phone number and/or working email address) and if email address is not deliverable, the customer can return that lead.
