Do your homework on this company. Sales agents say one thing and the service provided is completely different. I called them numerous times to get our advertising changed and it took months and it’s still not the way we originally discussed. They also claimed leads were able to be linked to Chime CRM which they were not via API. I had a 6 month contract with them where they claimed to waive the first month of service, since then they have charged me additional months. My “account manager” has never reached out until I requested to end my service, I never spoke to an account manager as they told me I would hear from one through out my subscription. I have requested to speak to someone with their legal team and no response. Kayla was extremely helpful setting up my account and handling some issues I had on my end to get everything in order. Right away I started recieving leads, some better than others, but by the time transactions come from it, it will be worth the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the leads people are leaving incorrect phone numbers or emails to contact them. A second verification code should be sent to their cell phone to gaurantee their number is correct before allowing full access and going into the CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the rules for lead returns don't make sense, if the lead tells you they are already working with an agent or under contract or the home is already on the market with another agent this should not count as a vaild lead however it does because you have a name and good email. The system is user friendly and I really like the ability to customize marketing to my contacts. The staff has always been very helpful. The system is easy to learn and hit the ground running. I found nothing helpful This program provided me no decent leads. I stayed in constant contact with the leads, sending them offers and real estate info. No responses.
