I spent a year paying for leads from their platform - the leads were not good and not a single lead turned into an actual workable contact. I continued however using their website platform - paid up front for 12 months. In the last year about 6 months into my pre-paid period, my website was taken down from their platform - no notice - no explanation. I sent an email (was not able to find a single way to contact them via phone) inquiring why my site was down. I got one response asking me to clarify what brokerage I was with and I responded same day - that was the last I heard. I have now emailed multiple times asking for additional info and had ZERO response, they are simply ignoring me. I paid for 12 months - got 6 and cannot get a response as to why they took my site down or about getting a refund for the months my site is not up that I pre-paid for. When they wanted to sell me leads the called me non-stop trying to get me to give them more money - when they failed to provide the service I pre-paid for they cannot respond to any communication. I can't speak too much on the platform itself because I am new to using it, however Kaylyn from Market Leader has been amazing to work with. She had to answer so many questions for me and always gave a very pleasant and prompt response. We had to change what service I was going to be using super last minute, and Kaylyn worked with me every step of the way. I really appreciate her going out of her way for me! Highly recommend.
