The fact that Market Leader CRM does all the functions that I would expect from it. Nurtures are automatic, tasks are automatically sent to the app and my dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Market Leader? They promised to get me a website up within 24-48 hours. There were some road bumps, took almost 2 weeks. Once it was created I wasn't able to connect with my contact again. They had the name is my broker WRONG and no one responded to fix it. There was no picture, just a generic site that hadn't been changed from the template. It has been over a month and I haven't gotten a SINGLE lead. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get my money back- the customer service people just argue with me about why they are going to "continue to uphold our end of the agreement." They said they would fix my broker name and add a picture but won't refund me for the month that I have had to wait already. I have wasted time, money, and my sanity trying to deal with the business. I would say that Brad was amazing in assisting with setup and very informative when helping us select the best areas for target marketing! First 30 days of use and we have 3 under contract! Leads are not any better than what you get from Zillow at the same price bracket. Lookie loos, who do not reply, neighbors checking out the homes listed in their neighborhoods. Not every single breathing person looking on the RE sites is a lead however, they are considered leads by Market Leader. After 3 months I realized what I was getting from this expensive "leads site" and requested cancelation via email with the sales rep who signed me up. He said is a 6 months contract and have to wait. He reiterated that I do not have to call back to request the cancelation as he noted it on the account, which was a lie or he does not know what his company's policy is. At 6 months time I followed up to make sure the account is cancelled and stop the charges, he replied that I have to contact custome service to cancel....what? By now there's an addtional charge and the customer service rep would not even consider the emails communication with their sales rep in order to reverse that extra charge, and threatened that if I reverse it with my credit card they'll come after me for it and report me to collections. They took $2700 from me for a 6 month ordeal. I’m on the road to deal with a death in the family and their rep calls me. “Hurry up and open your email so you can get your discount! Just reply yes confirm and I’ll handle the rest for you.” I’m driving cannot read this email but I go ahead and trust this lying pos. I receive “leads” or waste of time - with bunk emails, bunk phone numbers, names like “taresa mustang”, I want to cancel. They have horrible customer care and “sorry the buck stops here you have to fullfill your commitment, I was unaware I had one. I cancel with my bank and let them know this is breach of contract! Lies, the fact I only replied to and email as my thriving rep called. Market leader then says I signed and clicked a box confirming - I did not! The rep did for me! They robbed me of $2700!!!! Do not give this company a dollar!! They’re condescending pricks who do not care about you or your business with them. They should be check into for FRAUD ILLEGAL CONTRACTS THIEVES!! Not one lead was legit. Not one lead came through with accurate client info. They’re argument is, well you close just one and you get your money back. No. No I don’t. I’ve lost $2700 and 6 months of marketing time on that money I could have done myself! I would have felt better giving $2700 to a homeless person than market leader.
