The CRM is intuitive and the staff are very helpful during onboarding. My onboarding agent, Katie, made everything quick and easy. I started receiving leads within a few days of sign up. Their was nothing about Market Leader leads or the customer service that was positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Market Leader? The lead and service setup from the beginning was poor and low effort. I was being sent leads for homes that were over an hour away and in some cases, not even in my state. I made the salesperson aware of it and then even the account manager, and they explained how it worked, but I found the explination unacceptable. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there was no manager that would talk to clients. I asked for leads to be turned off because they were also advertising sold listings, and they refused. It has been a terrible experience. I've been with Market Leader for 6 years approximately, and after this month, I will never do business with them again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. They have since changed it to something that is no different than what I have with KW Command. I have tried their listing leads and recently tried their buyer leads program. Supposed to help with lead generation but the impression I got was fake email accounts registering on website to generate a lead. When they are trying to sell you their leads at extortionate pricing they are friendly. Once you have an issue with their leads, supervisors are impossible to get ahold of. Try to call any of their 800 numbers before signing up with them or their physical headquarters location (which they do not have a contact number for) You will never be able to reach support when you have an issue. They turn unprofessional and unresponsive in a heartbeat. They are your best friend when signing up. After you have the program, good luck! You are signed into a minimum of six months with poor leads and the most horendous customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Market Leader? The lack of quality leads, The exrortinante pricing, poor customer service, and unprofessional staff are my major issues with this scam company. They will be your best friend until you have an issue, then they will ghost you. Any company that doesn't allow you to try their program first, prior to signing a 6 month program should be a huge red flag. After two weeks of trying to get a hold of a supervisor, someone finally called me back. I let them know I would be leaving an honest poor review. He laughed and said we already have thousands of bad reviews and that is not stopping us, we will be around tomorrow. Wow. Stay away ar all costs and save yourself the hastle, money, and time. There are other lead generation services that are legit. I am perplexed by any decent review on them here and would question their validity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The leads were all crap and possibly paid overseas workers posing as individuals looking for homes. Nothing came to fruition with their program. Thousands of dollars waisted with zero return. The leads business is tricky and hard to please everyone, but we will continue to work to improve and provide opportunity. Market Leader provides a lead guarantee which enables real estate professionals the opportunity to add a predictable number of consumers to their real estate network. Lead subscription services are from consumers who proactively create an account and register on an agent's website from Market Leader's search engine marketing on Google and Bing. Market Leader uses thousands of real estate specific terms and geography specific locations to attract consumers to customer's website. When a consumer clicks on the advertisement, they are driven to a results page on the agent's real estate website. After viewing a second property, the consumer has the option to register and create an account to receive daily/weekly/monthly listing alerts. A consumer who creates an account is a lead, funneled into agent’s contact management system and is available for the agent to engage using the Market Leader contact management system tools.  Market Leader guarantees working contact information (working phone number and/or working email address) and if email address is not deliverable, the customer can return that lead.  We would love to spend some one-on-one time with you to assist you and make sure you are receiving value.
