Marji is restaurant food cost software by BlazeApps for independent restaurants, cafes and bakeries. Supplier invoice scanning connects ingredient price changes to reviewed recipe costs. Operators check ingredient matches, quantities, units, yields and actual costs before relying on dish margins. Menu photos supply names and selling prices; AI recipe drafts remain estimates until reviewed. Owners decide whether to change a menu price and update their register themselves. The hosted QR menu stays free. Ongoing invoice scanning and costing require trial or paid access. Single costs USD59 per location per month with a 14-day trial and no card required. No POS connection or sales ingestion is promised.
