MarginShock helps small service businesses respond to sudden cost increases without guessing. Owners enter what a cost used to be, what it is now, how much they use, and how many jobs they do each month. MarginShock calculates the extra monthly cost, the exact surcharge per job that recovers it, and the equivalent percentage price increase, with every step of the math shown. Calculators are tuned for 14 field-service trades, including landscaping, junk removal, moving, towing, snow removal, delivery, and HVAC, and cover fuel, materials, insurance, wages, and tariffs. Weekly U.S. diesel prices from the EIA can be applied in one click. MarginShock then drafts a customer notice from the numbers as an email, text message, invoice note, website notice, or contract clause, for the owner to review before sending. Saved policies and outcome tracking record how customers respond to each adjustment.
