I like that you can change the date frame easily and narrow down what type of report you want using tons of filters. This program does a lot and, in my department, we only use a few features. Other people in our corporation us different features of Salient. **What do you dislike about Salient?** The least thing I like about it is that you have to purchase each one and only one user can use it at a time. If we all need to use it for different tasks we have to take turns. **What problems is Salient solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mostly in my deprtment finding our customers average spend, removing and adding SKU's to customers requests in our grocery chain, pulling reports in the grocery business. ### 2.
