What do you like best about Maqsam?

I use Maqsam for calls over IP, and it nicely replaces normal phone calls on local lines. Their team is nice and helpful. The solution is user-friendly and the initial setup is easy once the legal documents are there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maqsam?

I like Maqsam because of their support and customer success teams, who handle our inquiries and problems professionally. The support team solves our technical issues immediately, making them a reliable link for us in Maqsam. Another thing I appreciate is how easy the initial setup was for our in-house call center team.
