What do you like best about Maqsam?

I like Maqsam because of their high-quality support team and highly skilled support agents who ensure my problem is 100% solved before closing the support ticket. Setting up Maqsam was super easy since they set up everything for us directly and were always available to provide additional support when we needed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maqsam?

Having a dedicated account manager. Even though we already have an account manager, he doesn't answer our messages quickly and I end up having to wait more than 5 days to get a response on my messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Maqsam?

I like that I can hear our clients' concerns, and I appreciate being able to contact them no matter where in the world they are. The initial setup was easy, which I find really convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Maqsam?

Maqsam has provided every number we’ve requested so far, in any country, and in a very short time. The system is user-friendly, and the reports are precise, detailed, and easy to rely on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maqsam?

As for downsides, compared with other tools, the only issue I can point to is that the system sometimes goes down in the middle of my work. That said, support is responsive and works on resolving it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Maqsam?

I appreciate the experience with Maqsam and the immediate support I receive, even outside of working hours. The setup was smooth, which made starting out very easy for my team of 10 in the company. I've been using Maqsam for 4 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maqsam?

I find it difficult to test for issues with Maqsam. They have to test the user experience through the platform from their side to understand the issue quickly instead of waiting for the client to provide more details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
