
I like that Maqsam offers inbound and outbound calls, which we use for our support team. It's convenient to use from both a mobile phone and a web application. I’ve seen Maqsam improving for the last two years, especially with the sound and connection quality. The reporting is becoming clearer, providing full visibility on all the metrics needed for my team, which helps keep calls smooth. The calling process is very intuitive, including transferring and putting calls on hold. I also appreciate the accessibility from both the web app and the mobile app. The initial setup was easy and flexible, making changes in terms of IVR and assigning people to queues straightforward. I would say the quality and stability. Sometimes we have the feeling that Maqsam is not very stable. We have been facing a lot of cuts, a lot of not clear voice, and so on. We tried to integrate Maqsam with Intercom or our basic platform that we are using to handle customers, our CRM. But, it didn't work as expected.
