I really like how easy Maqsam is to use. It's a simple and straightforward platform. Their support team is impressive too—whenever we have an issue, they're quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the option for a call and screen-sharing session with an agent when needed. I think the ability to build our own call flow for customer experience is a great feature, and the easy reporting is another aspect I like. I think that the integration with others could be better so that whenever you want to integrate Maqsam into a whole CRM system, it would be easier and can have a more structured way of working.
