As a 90% hybrid workplace, Maptician has been instrumental in helping us maximize productivity. The ability to easily schedule meetings and reserve workspaces provides a seamless experience for our employees and supports the flexibility our organization needs. One of Maptician’s greatest strengths is its willingness to evolve alongside its customers. When we have specific requirements or requests, their team is always open to discussion and finding solutions. They never respond with “we can’t do that.” Instead, they work collaboratively to adjust and enhance the software to meet our needs, making Maptician feel more like a strategic partner than just another technology provider. I like that Maptician allows us to track services being utilized in hospitality or reception, which is useful for managing productivity on a quarterly basis. One standout feature I appreciate is the ability to add services under the booking process. This lets end users book a conference room and order food at the same time, with options for different meal types like breakfast, lunch, or dinner, from a specific vendor or service, depending on their preference. The end-user experience could be improved when booking services. If the person making the booking doesn't have time to add a service and asks their assistant to do it, the assistant can't access the booking details because they don't have access to the person who originally made the booking. It helps me track services utilized in hospitality or reception, allowing better management of resources and also allows the IT group to track services they provide.
