What do you dislike about Mapp Marketing Cloud?

No instant messenger, I think rather than do the old fashioned way of emailing, it is better to have a chat about something Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mapp Marketing Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think there are a lot of tools added to MAPP it is a case of having some tutorial around it and some advise of how to use it at its best. Having a new customer experience manager and account manager has made us make the most out of our account and prompted us to go out of our comfort zone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MAPP Engage: easy to use

very user friendly segmentation tool, whiteboards, statistics

What do you dislike about Mapp Marketing Cloud?

Exports / campagin statistics are not 100% realisable if they are based on profiles (not on messages/campaigns)

SMS tool is not 100% efficient (limits on statistics, not possible to make 2-way sms, pb on stop / unsubscribe)

Html creation is still hard (CMS blocs not yet set up)

Provides a comprehensive set of features at a reasonable price. Mapp's Customer Success Team provides first class service. They are continuously adding new features and improving site usability. Various individual newsletters of different brands are worked out with one tool.

The tracking allows good knowledge about the visitors of the WEbsite and how they move.

In addition, individual consultant newsletters are created with the respective consultant name. The data exchange takes place bilaterally with different interfaces. Sending newsletters with written information and links to internet documents to several thousands of customers is very comfortable and easy to handle with the MAPP applications.

Automatic deletion of no longer existing e-mail-addresses is a great feature.

Some of the features are hard to use: lots of manual work - I'm not sure our platform was well implemented since the beginning. It must have complicated the way we work with the tool. It's hard to analyse within the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
