Two best likes: Our group found Mapme super easy to use. We were about to get set up without the help of the onboarding group, but that level of assistance is honestly over the top and was highly unexpected but greatly appreciated. What problems is Mapme solving and how is that benefiting you? Mapme has allowed us to create a crowd-sourced resource map that can be shared with parents and teachers of students with autism (sensory friendly dentist, hair stylist with experience with children with autism). This was our main problem. Normally we might have to hire professional programmers to pull this off, but our system is completely managed by students without technical skills. We make custom maps 2-3x yearly for an event we host. Customer Support team is excellent - fast to reply and can usually accommodate special requests for assistance/expediting. The software is robust and I haven't even scratched the surface of features available, but with each map learn more and our custom maps improve and find the usability of the toolsets easy to work with. We have our map integrated with Shopify and a custom mobile app and have not had any issues with 2-3 map updates per year. As someone who works with maps, I find that Mapme offers a wide range of templates that non-technical users can use for their mapping and visualization projects. In our support portal sometimes advise people who are really not from the GIS space - since I work with many clients who onboard to GIS or mapping solutions. And I really like the way mapme offers individual elements of the UI in a simple and easy-to-understand way. No clients came back to me reportoring any performance issues or downtimes. The general feedback on the pricing model of mapme has also been quite good, so I will keep on using this platform in situations when I need to support or onboard other MapTiler clients into easy-to-use mapping tools. The API provided by mapme.com also allows me to add or edit locations, edit the map scene or possibly even connect an AI agent for some custom ai-cartography. I find MapMe visually stunning, making it appealing to use for our nonprofit. It really helps make one of our largest events manageable, allowing us to highlight the businesses throughout the city who are participating. Our supporters can use the map to navigate which businesses they want to visit and support. We can promote businesses in a really meaningful way. The team at MapMe is unbelievably supportive and always happy to help. They are super responsive and can jump in at a moment's notice to address any issue. We love that the platform integrates and auto fits the content to various types of outlets, like our website and our digital kiosk, without extra work by our staff. One issue I personally encountered was that since our local google map is outdated, I needed to add an additional map to accurately reflect the new buildings for our event map.
