MapleGrid AI is a set of estimating and job tools built for Canadian trades contractors. I built it after 20 years running residential jobs in the GTA, watching good contractors lose their evenings to quotes and paperwork. There are seven tools. PlumbIQ, ElectroIQ, RoofIQ and FrameIQ turn your measurements into a labour and materials estimate, with HST/GST worked out by province. JobIQ keeps each job in one place: daily site diary, expenses, progress notes, and exports your accountant can actually use. PriceIQ gives you free market pricing for common jobs, and the Estimate Auditor checks a draft quote for problems before you send it. Pick the tool you need, try it free for 7 days, and cancel anytime.
