I have plenty to say good things about Maple CRM as I was using it the most (daily and almost every hour) as an administrator some of them could be - 1) Has almost all of the Objects/modules that can be used and easy to reach. They have been working on UI which hopefully will be rolled out soon. 2) There are learning videos that require extensive time and support. Although it can be made better. 3) The Support is fabulous. I would highlight the team and especially CSM Swetha working with us to listen and suggest if there could be something better that can be done. 4) Implementation is quite flexible. It is easy but might expect time. 5) Only platform where there could be Client Facing Accounts and Interaction. 6) Although limited integrations whichever is provided don't create a challenge mostly. 7) Can store the documents as well. It was difficult to manage all the leads we are getting from different sources, Maple CRM has helped us to divide the leads into different categories so that we can prioritize the leads accordingly. Maple CRM has made the process of generating and sharing the quotation with the client a lot easier. I would say the most interesting feature provided by maple crm is the daily work report of all sales executives, this helped us to track the employee performance.
