  ### 1. Straight-forward and intuitive software for workspace management

**What do you like best about MAPIQ?**

Mapiq has excellent implementation and customer support, they are really interested in their clients getting the best experience out of the system, no matter the size of the client. 
The software itself is easy to navigate and intuitive, works smoothly and, perhaps most importantly, is quick to use. From login to booking - the amount of avoidable clicks a user has to make has been minimized, something that is really appreciated on the end-user side, not all developers put enough emphasis on it. The admin environment and set-up is also as seamless as can be.

**What do you dislike about MAPIQ?**

The straight-forwardness of the software also means that there are some functions that would be nice to have but are currently not in development (ability to book desks for less than a whole day, desks that are booked by default and can then be unbooked in case the user is OoO, etc.). However, Mapiq does keep an open mind a listens to their users' feedback, any functionality that is in high(er) demand is taken into development. They proactively look for ways to keep further improving the user experience and added value that they provide and offer alternative solutions and advice regarding any functionality that is not available yet.

**What problems is MAPIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management of hotel desking, takes the load off of administrative workers since the software requires very little manual intervention

What stands out the most about MAPIQ is its seamless user experience. The friendly interface makes open-space reservation effortless for colleagues, while the comprehensive analytics empower administrators to optimize space usage effectively. This combination of convenience and data-driven insights makes MAPIQ a valuable tool for enhancing workplace productivity and comfort.

**What do you dislike about MAPIQ?**

Enhancing the attentiveness of the support team would further enhance the app's already impressive features, ensuring a flawless experience for all users.

**What problems is MAPIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MAPIQ addresses several challenges in open-space management. Firstly, it streamlines the reservation process, saving time and eliminating conflicts over workspace availability. Secondly, its analytics provide valuable insights on space usage and behavior, enabling better optimization of resources. As a user, I benefit from a more efficient and productive workplace, fostering a comfortable and conducive environment for tasks and collaboration.

**What do you like best about MAPIQ?**

Mapiq is a tool that is easy to use for the end user and for the owner of the tool. 
And with the ongoing support from the Mapiq team the tool is improving every day.

**What do you dislike about MAPIQ?**

There is not really a downside of Mapiq. But if i have to name one thing is that the tool is now made for one site with the same settings. And would love to see an enviroment that is focused for usages for multiple sites with different needs.

**What problems is MAPIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that Mapiq is solving for us is getting insight in our office usage and the needs of the employees.
Not only in the Benelux but for all our Global sites. 
And Mapiq is supporting us in our flexible working concept to make the life of our employees easier. 
By connecting and showing were an employee is on a certain makes connecting easier.

**What do you like best about MAPIQ?**

very nice app to manage your office space

convenient building of office space and making it available for booking

a lot of functionalities that allow you to adjust the application to individual needs

very easy to use mobile version of the application

**What do you dislike about MAPIQ?**

the web version of the application could be better adapted

the application is in the phase of continuous improvement, some very useful solutions are just on the horizon, but this does not prevent it from being implemented at this stage for office space management

**What problems is MAPIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the application helped to effectively enter the hybrid model of work of our company

thanks to this, the rotational hybrid model was quickly and efficiently implemented

**What do you dislike about MAPIQ?**

Feedback as an Admin user

Building>Floor>Area Configuration: 
1. When you make a mistake, No Undo
2. Desk does not snap into place, it is troublesome to do vertical and horizontal alignment. 
3. Changing the work area mean re-doing all the table associated with that area, not friendly.
4. Name of the Building, Floor, and Area is limited to 24 or 30 Characters 

User management: 
1. Cannot generate all users, report generation is based only on location and quota. 
2. There are instances when the Admin cannot delete a user, the application will tell you that the user is deleted but after the refresh, the user is still there. 
3. The dropdown of work location and work quota under people does not resize to see all entries. 
4. User cleanup is a challenge, although the alternative is available, Mapiq does not sync with ADD when the user is offboarded
5. When doing batch changes under the people module. need to refresh the window every after change otherwise, it messes up your users  
6. The help guides needs to be improved

The maps are not detailed enough. To improove the view.

User friendly
I love the connections on the app (see your friends coming to the office)
Takes minimum time to get your seat booked
Offers additional services, which if integrated correctly will make an awesome product and complete solution

Nothing major, sometimes it forgets my sit, which I am one of the lucky guys to have a permanent office.

**What problems is MAPIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In various locations, we don't have the capacity to host all employees on the same day, and MAPIQ offers a great solution to this challenge.

**What do you like best about MAPIQ?**

I use it to book a desk in the office for when I need to go there, I appreciate how quick the app is, within a couple of taps I'm booked in, and also it remembers the last desk I booked in at, again adding to the efficiency

**What do you dislike about MAPIQ?**

Occasionally the app will log me out, and the log in process is a little slow, and also it sometimes crashed and closes on its own but other than that all is good!

**What problems is MAPIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can get quite busy within our office, so it is vital to use Mapiq to book a desk to ensure I have somewhere to work.It also allows us to book desks with our team, which is nice.

It is an easy to use product. The support from the onboarding team is incredible, given the very short time lapse to implement. And the feedback on questions is very fast!

The sales process was a hell :( as well price wise as the lead time..

**What do you like best about MAPIQ?**

Great way to have a clear overview of available rooms. This helped me a lot when I needed a space to study or organize a meeting. The usability was very easy and fast.

**What do you dislike about MAPIQ?**

It only synchronizes every 24 hours with the teacher platform, which puts me in difficult situations sometimes. have the mapiq synchronize more often and in combination with the teacher's mapiq.

**What problems is MAPIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having to reserve rooms with the reception. It can be done remotely now at any moment! I'm definitely more productive and more on location due to mapiq.

Ease of access efficiency allows me to manage my time in the office booking a desk ahead of time it runs smoothly and I have had very little issue with it at all

Allows me to book a desk in the office so giving me more time to relax and get to work stress free down side is when it logs me out and I have to wait to re access

Mapiq helps you use your office space as efficiently as possible. No more empty desks. Reserve your workspace in advance based on the work activities for the day. Work solo or collaborate with co-workers.

**What do you dislike about MAPIQ?**

If you have extra wishes for the product, it takes a very long time to implement. If you're willing to use the product, make sure you already like all the features as-is.

**What problems is MAPIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With more people working from home, a lot of desks remain empty. Mapiq helps us map which desks are empty and can be reserved. In this way, costly office space could be reduced.

The cost is quite high for what the product does. They should be a bit more flexible with the pricing plans.

It can only book three weeks in advance. Not much else I don't like about the app and Website

Dislike that takes up to 15 mins to activate once selected booking via the app - it should be instant or max 5 mins as these things happen

Mapiq books office shifts - saves my manager having to do it and means I can track my office days via app
