**What do you like best about MapBuddy?**

Ease of use. Was able to navigate the site without an issue.

**What do you dislike about MapBuddy?**

I haven't really experienced any downsides to this site.

More detailed mapping program than some of the others out there.

**What do you like best about MapBuddy?**

I like that it works offline just incase you need it when you are off on vacation in some area that does not have great cell service or wifi.

**What do you dislike about MapBuddy?**

I don't like that you have to pick your locations so to speak I would like it to be more free standing

**What problems is MapBuddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to have are drivers get to where they need to be even if they did not pay their phone bill which happens way more than I want to admit.

**What do you like best about MapBuddy?**

It has a wide range of features and customization options to view multiple users at one time. Allows alerts, geofencing, and route planning all from one page.

**What do you dislike about MapBuddy?**

It can by clunky, slow, and unreliable at times. It can many times take more than one attempt to make selections 'stick'.

**Recommendations to others considering MapBuddy:**

Make sure they have updated the software and eliminated the bugs.

**What problems is MapBuddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows tracking of traveling sales teams to ensure clock-in/clock-out times are accurate.
