What do you like best about ManyPixels?

I enjoy how seamlessly ManyPixels integrates into our existing workflow, particularly with Slack, making collaboration smooth and efficient. The designers and video editors are talented and supportive, producing high-quality graphics and videos. Their platform is user-friendly, which simplifies managing our projects and client brand pages. The team, including our dedicated designer Chinny, video editor Madha, and project manager Misty, feels like an extension of our own, enhancing our productivity and allowing us to focus on strategic activities. What do you dislike about ManyPixels?

Honestly I wouldn't change much at all! If I had to pick something, I would say it might beneficial to have occasional touchpoints, such as calls with the designers, to provide specific feedback and discuss projects in detail. Some people may find having different designers working on their account a downside, but I don't think it impacts the quality of work - if anything, it allows the best designer to be allocated to the specific job, for example some designers are better at web design, and others are better at print design like brochures etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ManyPixels?

My assigned project manager and designer are very easy to contact and communicate with in real time (using slack). The briefing process is smooth and it's easy to upload assets and templates or starter files for them to start projects. After working through a handful of projects, my designated designer has begun to pick up on the nuances of our brand and understands what our styles are and how to employ them in designs. What do you dislike about ManyPixels?

There isn't much that I do not like since I didn't have very high expectations beyond production work. I didn't expect my designer to work on conceptual projects, so this has been a good resource for the more literal design tasks we've asked them to do. While not something we've asked them to do, the more conceptual asks within our production tasks, do seem to be a little outside of their design skillsets and have needed revisions. But the revisions are fast and communication is easy so it's not as much of a problem for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ManyPixels:

If you're looking for overflow production work support, ManyPixels is a great option. Their subscription process and getting started quickly was a breeze. I would suggest investing a lot of time into your briefing process and standards for passing off assets and direction. I use chat gpt to expand on the creative briefs I write out and that has worked well to more fully define the project and quickly expand direction from a relatively small amount of initial direction. Chat GPT also has allowed me to keep using the same brief structure so my designer knows what to expect and where information about the project will be. This relationship will work well for you with a little bit of legwork to get the standards and briefing system up and running so it's more automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ManyPixels solving and how is that benefiting you?

ManyPixels has acted as a production resource within the small in-house creative team I lead for a CPG brand. Our goal with this subscription was to allow me and my team the time away from production work to focus on more conceptual forward thinking projects. MP has been efficient and with the right amount of information and resources/assets, they can be quite nimble in cranking out design work. The primary projects we've had MP work on are product sell sheets, photo clipping and color correction for PDPs, branded social media graphics (posts and stories), product render mockups, and catalog design revisions. The ability to push the work back for another round and each time as we give more specific feedback and references, the work gets better and better. The team says MP will deliver the work in multiple formats-- very helpful for us to retain Adobe copies on file, and the client to often have a workable Canva version for example. MP solves the problem of supporting multiple clients across multiple design output needs in a short amount of turnaround time.

Our internal team are brilliant designers, videographers, and marketing strategists, but they have limits of time and bandwidth. MP is an extension of our team for faster turnaround on edits, changes, small designs, and more granular edits in the instance where we have already built out the client's brand and have them on a support retainer- MP can come in and address 2-3 day turnaround needs that we often cannot. As a member of a three-person marketing team, I found it challenging to produce all the materials our sales teams needed each day, especially while we were rebranding. Many Pixels has played a crucial role in supporting us with the daily creation of our company collateral. Whether it’s email graphics, brochures, or multi-page catalogs, their work has been outstanding—they’ve produced over a hundred pieces for us so far.
