What do you like best about Manychat?

-Manychat has one of the best UI for chatbot marketing which allows the user to easily create their funnel for businesses/services.

-A lot of pre-made templates are available that cater to the need of different businesses like Gyms, Restaurants, Spa, Eccomerce, Health and Beauty, Real estate, etc.

-Drag and Drop feature of many chat is fabulous. You can easily add Button, refer to your website and even connect Paypal and directly sell products through it.

What do you dislike about Manychat?

One thing that I dislike about manychat many times I have noticed while testing chatbot funnel It does work properly with Facebook messenger. Another thing is they claim 1000 contact in free plan But it's not like that, even with 15-20 contact they will tell, your contacts is filled and you need to upgrade the plan. -As a Programmer, I need to spend a lot of time making a chatbot for my clients But after using this I am saving lots of time which allows me work with even more no clients.

- I can integrate other email automation software through this which helps me target via email based on their preference and data available in the chatbot.

What do you like best about Manychat?

1) It directly integrates with your eCommerce store like Shopify & you can take orders, receive payment on the chatbot itself by using PayPal/stripe. Although, you cannot integrate with WooCommerce, but through integration with the Zapier, it problem could be solved.

2) Free templates available for those who don't have much technical knowledge

What do you dislike about Manychat?

As far as analytics is a concern, it needs to update & advanced. As there is no one single in-depth analysis, rather, it has been distributed over multiple sections like broadcast, sequences, etc. Further, if a user filled in the keyword that didn't get a response, you cannot get this information to improve it. Anyone who wants to expand their brand presence on Facebook & Instagram (their Instagram bot is more likely to launch in some time), should more likely use this software. What do you like best about Manychat?

The best part about Manychat is its very convenient and user-friendly chatbot flow builder. Also, it provides direct and seamless integration to Facebook messenger. It also allows the developer to test the chatbot before deployment. It's one of the most advanced platforms for rule-based chatbots with a lot of useful functionalities. Its growth tools such as short links and comment growth tools makes it really useful for marketers. It can also be integrated with the Facebook Ad Campaign to make complete use of it. It also allows us t to connect to external APIs using custom webhook calls. Using this feature we can call any rest API such as GET, POST, etc. It also has a template section where we can create and manage flows in the form of tempaltes. The things that I dislike about manychat are that it lacks a good amount of integrations that are available on other similar platforms. What do you like best about Manychat?

Manychat is the best way to set up your messenger chatbot. Even with the free trial, you can do a lot so you can decide whether or not you should go pro. I recommend you go Pro, you can do so much. I have been using manychat for over 3 years and I love it. Now your business can have an omnichannel presence with manychat. Your customer can contact your business via messenger, SMS, or email.

Want to segment your audience? manychat does that

Want to collect email and phone number and store them on a google sheet? add them to Mailchimp?? Manychat does that

Want to message people when they comment on a post? Manychat got your back!

I use Manychat with Facebook ads and I love how everything is automated. My audience is segmented, I collect email and phone numbers, buyers get their questions answered, they barely ask for human help and when they do, I got notified on who wants to talk to a human. I work with amazon sellers and I help them with their product launch/relaunch and building their subscriber list. and I do that with Manychat.

We use Ads to target the ideal buyer and QR codes to get people into our bot. and when they send us an SMS text, we get them into the bot and put them through a funnel.

ManyChat's user experience makes it super simple for our team to map out the funnel and even make adjustments right away.
