What do you like best about Manychat?

ManyChat helps me automate conversations on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp, saving time and improving response rates to customers and my audience.

ManyChat is super easy to set up, even if you're not a developer. The automation templates allow me to set up automated conversations across Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp. I love how I can set up auto-replies, lead magnets, quizzes, and even e-commerce funnels without writing a single line of code. What do you dislike about Manychat?

What problems is Manychat solving and how is that benefiting you?

ManyChat helps me stay responsive to leads and customers without needing to manually reply to every message. It solves the problem of slow replies, and manual follow-up. Automation are contanstly glitching, leaving users uspet and expectations unmet.

This would be fine if there was any support to help fix things. It is literally non-existent. You get run through the gauntlet of qualifying questions only to "submit a request" into the void and never hear back again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
