**What do you like best about Manychat?**

I love how Manychat allows me to automate DMs to my Instagram followers, making my Instagram reels and carousels perform better in terms of views and comments. It's really easy to use, especially the duplicating feature, which lets me create automations in less than five minutes, saving me hours each week. I also appreciate how fast it lets me deliver landing pages or sales pages to people interested in my products, maintaining consistency across all my posts. The initial setup was very easy thanks to the templates they offer, and once I got used to it, duplicating past campaigns became a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Manychat?**

I'm not sure. I honestly don't see any issues with Manychatchat at all.

I use Manychat to automate DMs on Instagram, boosting my reels and carousels. It saves me from manually responding to DMs and lets me quickly deliver landing and sales pages. It's easy to duplicate automations, saving me hours weekly and creating post consistency.

**What do you like best about Manychat?**

I like how you can integrate Manychat with your social media account. Especially if you have some influence, you can automate certain processes like when a user comments asking for more information or details on your post. Managing these interactions becomes easier as I can create automations and trigger them depending on the workflow we use, which is very user-friendly for first-time users, beginners, and intermediate users. It really helps create workflows that follow specific instructions based on business needs. For example, if a user comments 'interested,' Manychat would trigger and send a DM to that user, maybe asking them to fill out a form to schedule a consultation with our business. Manychat also captures keywords and automatically sends users to the appropriate department depending on their requests, this was integrated with Claude API, which is valuable because we receive many requests on platforms like Instagram. If the request comes from a non-client, we automatically send a consultation link for them to have the initial free consultation with us.

**What do you dislike about Manychat?**

I think that sometimes, let's say, a user has a private profile and this specific user demonstrate an interest in our service and commented interested in our post. So in this case, Manychat's not able to automate that process as send a DM to the user because the profile is private. For some reason, this automatically makes a process inefficient. At first, I had a little bit difficulty understanding everything. Maybe we could have some Manychat could host some more webinars for intermediate advanced users.

I use Manychat for client and prospect routing, capturing interest on Instagram and automatically sending users to the right department or a consultation link.

A lot of times ManyChat disconnects profiles and so when an automation is thought to be setup then it disconnects and then we lose leads and web traffic because the automation did not fire correctly.

ManyChat is super easy to set up, even if you're not a developer. The automation templates allow me to set up automated conversations across Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp. I love how I can set up auto-replies, lead magnets, quizzes, and even e-commerce funnels without writing a single line of code.

The free plan is quite limited. You’ll quickly outgrow it if you need anything beyond basic flows or want to use multiple channels.

**What problems is Manychat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ManyChat helps me stay responsive to leads and customers without needing to manually reply to every message. It solves the problem of slow replies, and manual follow-up. It benefits me by improving engagement rates, collecting emails and phone numbers automatically, and reducing time spent on routine customer questions. Automation are contanstly glitching, leaving users uspet and expectations unmet.

This would be fine if there was any support to help fix things. It is literally non-existent. You get run through the gauntlet of qualifying questions only to "submit a request" into the void and never hear back again.

I think it's okay that your service disables pro features when a subscription expires or there's a payment issue, but this is the first time I've used a software service that keeps pro features disabled even after restoring the payment! My store Seek Shine (https://manychat.com/fb365177/dashboard) was disabled last July 2022 because of a problem with my card but I immediately resolved it. How was I supposed to know that I had to turn all of my keywords and flows back on??? That's such a poor user experience! As for my other store CLN (https://manychat.com/fb141662582646965/cms/), I checked back now and it expired for some reason on December 22. It's still on the PRO plan with all keywords and flows turned off as well. That means I've been paying $200+ for Seek Shine for the last 10 months and $500+ per month for CLN for the last 5 months with absolutely NONE of the PRO features enabled. Want to collect email and phone number and store them on a google sheet? add them to Mailchimp?? Manychat does that

I use Manychat with Facebook ads and I love how everything is automated.  My audience is segmented, I collect email and phone numbers, buyers get their questions answered, they barely ask for human help and when they do, I got notified on who wants to talk to a human.

and based on where they are in the funnel, we can nudge them to continue or use their information to create a lookalike audience and target even more people to go into the bot.
