It was Simple to set up, easy to get started, and creating my first bot was effortless. Even without having a clue how to use the platform I was able to set up a simple bot that generated me at least 100 leads in a short amount of time. What do you dislike about Manychat? There wasn't anything I disliked about the platform. And I know I haven't unlocked its full potential. If anything i had some problems with the flow editor. It was crashing my computer on occasion but I am fairly certain it was because of a hardware issue because I have not had any issues since I did some repairs. The best part is, you set it up once and it continuously does it's job without you having to worry about it. The bot is going to change the way you do business and open up so many avenues of lead generation and nurturing. This is by far the best bot on the market and I'm not sure anything even comes close. Remember when you are creating your flows to be compliant with Facebook rules and regulations and lets make sure Manychat does not get a bad name from Facebook! I've been actively using ManyChat for our business for almost a year now. Though we are using chatbot on our website but most heavily used feature is Facebook comments growth tool. This feature allows us to quickly engage with our target audience, grow subscribers list and increase brand awareness. I honestly like Manychat product however what I don't like is their support service. It takes alot of time for them to respond and sometimes answers provided are not really professional. Chatbot (and Manychat in particular) is an excellent way to stay engaged with your subscribers, communicate our new offers on a regular basis. Open rates with chatbots are insane, so this is great alternative to email marketing efforts. We use several tools within ManyChat - growth tools, keywords, FB comments tools and more.
