Easily the best manufacturing software I've used in my professional career. Integration has been very easy thus far, and the Manufacturo team has been very helpful with setup and training. We have implemented it for use in all activities in our production area. **What do you dislike about MANUFACTURO?** Some of the roll back features, and editing features for things like work orders and planned moves can be difficult to use. Once something has been created in the system there are not intuitive or easy ways to edit or undo things. **What problems is MANUFACTURO solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems that Manufacturo is solving for us are: Inventory tracking, process planning, data storage, quality tracking, parts traceability, labor tracking. Having a single tool for all of these issues saves us much time and labor costs in our manufacturing area. ### 2. I really like how easy it is to track work orders, manage resources, and get insights into efficiency all in one place **What do you dislike about MANUFACTURO?** There’s a bit of a learning curve in the beginning, especially for users new to digital manufacturing tools. Once you get used to the workflow, though, it becomes very intuitive. **What problems is MANUFACTURO solving and how is that benefiting you?** It keeps everything in one place no more chasing spreadsheets or updates. The team that designed the solution are former SpaceX enterprise product managers and have decades of industry experience. If you are looking for a solution that enables your organization to operate with a modern lean and agile approach to manufacturing, this is it. It's easy to use and fairly simple to implement with integrations to ERP. **What do you dislike about MANUFACTURO?** Sometimes it is difficult to plan on segmented use of the system. For example, if you're not using most of the Manufacturo system functionality then processes can become complicated between integrated systems such as ERP and PLM. **What problems is MANUFACTURO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Manufacturing planning and execution with tight coupling to QMS (nonconformances) is the most valuable aspects of Manufacturo for our organization. We have unprecedented efficiencies in quality and manufacturing teams as a result of out implementation. ### 4. It is very apparent how powerful the tool is and what it is capable of. Having a tool like this seems essential to scale production. **What do you dislike about MANUFACTURO?** The setup and initial data entry were not the smoothest. **What problems is MANUFACTURO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking inventory levels, allowing kitting of parts for work, capturing work instructions. Additionally, the integration of "Non-conformances" into the workflow is one of my favorite aspects about Manufacturo. One is easily able to insert rework instructions into the standard assembly/test work instructions, track dispositions, and approvals all in one system. Manufacturo has great customer support as well. Very responsive in communication and action to address any issue or concern. **What do you dislike about MANUFACTURO?** Manufacturo has some features presented in the roadmap would be great to have now.
